Due to the prolonged winter with its thicker then usual icing, repeated snow storms and lack of sufficient thawing temperatures in Pool #9, I have found it necessary to cancel the Genoa, WI. Tournament scheduled for Mar. 16, 2008.

Conditions on the river, at this time, are simply not conducive to holding the tournament

I wanted to make this announcement early enough to allow, those who are affected, sufficient time to change their plans.


WAT REPLACEMENT TOURNAMENT

The Walleye Angler's Trail has scheduled a replacement tournament to be held out of Lansing, IA. on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008. This tournament is being held the day before our season finale tournament in LaCrosse, WI. (Pools 7 & 8) on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008.

ANY MEMBER WHO WISHES A REFUND FOR THE GENOA TOURNAMENT PLEASE CALL ME AT 563-543-2863. IF I DON'T HEAR FROM YOU I WILL ASSUME THAT YOU WILL BE FISHING THE LANSING TOURNAMENT.
