A little on the slow side and a lot on the cold and blustery side but we scraped up 4 nice eaters and released 2 big girls, 23" and 25". Crawlers 2:1 over minnows. All fish were caught in water greater than 16'. Had to let them suck in the minnow. Four keepers and several big girls about half seemed to be spawned out. My partner kept one and missed a big girl, approx. 30 inches.. He was back out on Tuesday and had four keepers. The smallies are biting like crazy. Caught 8 smallies for every walleye. The best bet for walleyes, considering the moon phase etc, will be from midnight to dawn.
