Thank's Rookie. Fresh walleye, none better.

Just finished making some of my famous Walleye, Mushroom Cheese & Chives Pizza.

Might have to give that a try. I make my own breading for baking using saltines, paremesan, garlic etc..., but that looks like an interesting concept. The wife loves mushrooms, so I'm guessing it'd be a hit.

4 Fillets Walleye, sprinkled with Lawreys Seasoning Salt, Lemmon pepper, garlic salt and parsley flakes. 1 stick butter cut into tabs, 2 bunches Scallions cut into pieces, 1 quart sliced mushrooms, all disbursed on fillets. Cook 15 minutes in grill 2 burners medium heat. Then Sprinkle with 1 bag Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese. 1 cup crushed Dorrito's, Nacho Cheese flavored. Cook until melted into A delicious crust. Enjoy.
