Location: Rhinelander
The weather leveled out this morning with NW winds and moderate temps, so everyone's best made plans should be executable today. Much easier on the gear, too.
The bite is 'second day cold front', but on Devils, that may not mean much, seems the fish pretty much always bite some here regardless of the weather.
The top 5 all seemed reasonably confident in the spots they are heading to. It's still pretty much anyone's game in the top 20, depending on where the big fish moved to (if they moved at all) overnight.
It could be a blowout, or...could be a shoot out. Weigh in starts at 3, and is live streamed on the NWT website.

The bite was hot for some and soft for others today, and there was no 'set' pattern that emerged despite what can only be described as beautiful weather. Everything from 32' to 2' on rocks produced big fish.
Gary Parsons weighed in first with nearly 30 pounds capped with a 31" giant. He landed in third, making the top ten cut easily. Paul Steffen stayed consistent with another 25 pound plus weight to hold down second. Gary Maher had an incredible day weighing in 33.33 to take the lead with 52.74.
The rest of the top ten is: 4th: Robert Bruegger 5th: Ed Stachowski 6th: Scott Larson 7th: Todd Zemke 8th: Chad Schilling 9th: Another top ten for Mike Gofron 10th: David Andersen
Unofficially, Mark Courts nailed down the AOY berth. More upon the official announcement tomorrow.
