About the Minnesota Walleye Trail

PoleBender Outdoors has designed the MWT for everyone, from the weekend walleye angler to the avid tournament fisherman. We promote fun filled weekends of walleye fishing, set up for everyone, proven by the fact that we have teams made up of family members, best friends, and fishing partners young and old, and they keep coming back season after season. The MWT uses a 4 Qualifier (tournament) regular season format, leading into the State Championship at season's end. The Qualifiers are one day (Sunday) events with the MWT State Championship being a two day (Saturday, Sunday) event. One Qualifier is held each month, (May, June, July, & August) with the Championship held in mid September.
