Location: Rhinelander | The weather was nearly perfect except for a short and powerful line of storms Friday evening. Fish were caught with Norm WIld catching the biggest Muskie (45.5") and Dave Wegener catching the largest Walleye at 22".
The boat rides Saturday took the entire day, as guests rode in the new X190, the new 1760 GC, the 2060 DW, and the new 1890 GDC. It's fair to say the new X190 was a hit, as were the new G models. Fiberdome's own Steve Bendall said he filled that X190 tank up more than one time during the day!
Tuffy Boats gave away several nice clothing prizes for the tournament, Stowmaster Nets donated some really cool prizes, and Tuffy crowned the evening giving away a certificate for 50% off on a Tuffy Boat and trailer of the winner's choice.
The food at the Lakewood was excellent, the beer and soda always cold, and the lodging and hospitality great. Friday evening lasted into the wee hours of Saturday morning around the campfire, as stories and a fair amount of 'bull' was circulated.
Tuffy Boats would like to thank everyone who attended. All the folks at Tuffy are already looking forward to next year, when the 2008 Tuffy Get Together is announced!
