Best place to fish the wolf in spring?

I have mastered catching all the 12-13 inch Walleyes, but have yet to consistantly catch anthing over 13 inches. I fish from Fremont to Poygan. Years ago, I used to catch lots of 16-20 inch Walleyes there, but not as of late. Just looking for general help in launch sites, locations, time of day... I'll give it my best effort to figure out the rest... not looking for anyones exact hotspot. I have never fished North of Fremont.... I'm willing to trade a boat ride on the wolf for a ride on the Bay of Green Bay this summer. It will take place on saturday the 8th and sunday the 9th. Look for other posts that have a run down of speakers and such. watch for a complete list of whats happening very soon.
