Location: Lincoln Park, Mi		Once it's dead, I'm pretty sure you can go anywhere with it.

I believe the way the law is written, as long as the minnow is preserved so it can be on a shelf, by its self, stable for more than two days it is fine. Salting does cover this requirement.
