| Wow,
Is it just me or is Dave L very negative on walleye tournaments and almost everything. I feel like committing suicide after that show.

| Wow, please don't commit suicide over a radio program no matter how negative you think I am.
Which episode are you talking about?

| Dude,
I am currently fishing team events in SD and MN and would like to move up to the big leagues someday, I talk with local SD pros and no one is that bleak on the future of walleye tournaments. I think by broadcasting all the negativity you are not doing walleye tournament anglers any favors.
Al
PS instead of having Rick on your show talking about how bad it is let's hear from positive people that are out there kicking butt.
I will not commit suicide, I'm OK now.
Have a good day, just some constructive criticism.

Location: Rhinelander | OK, so it was a guest and not the host you thought was negative? I'd be disappointed in Dave's show if he didn't seek out guests from all perspectives. | |

Yep, it's just you.
How do you figure he's being negative? Dave is one of the biggest supporters of this sport!
You feel like commiting suicide? Looks like your the negative nelly here, not Dave.

| OK guys, I didn't mean it to be so serious,
A suggestion from a listener, let's hear some positive guests, After a long winter with nothing but hard water I would like to hear about guys whacking fish and winning money.

| I just listened to the portion of the show you were complaining about, and I didn't hear any negativity, only truth.
You should be happy that there is someone willing to give it to you striaght, so you can prepare yourself for your jump up to the next level.
Now you know what to expect.
Or, would you rather go into it with your eyes closed?
After all that talking....Rick's "advice" to the new guy, is to go after non-endemic sponsors (excellent advice by the way).
He also let you know how much you'll need to do this, and to prepare for that.
