Location, Fort Fremont Marine. watched a flock of 7 geese and a teradaktyl (sandhill crane) by himself fly by. That is the first ones I have seen.

The annual 'gorging on dead shad' invasion of seagulls has started as the ice recedes around Doty Island. It'll be a Hitchcock movie before the week's end. The cool thing about this year, though, is that we've had 3 bald eagles roosting in our backyard. I'm trying to figure out if they';re after the shadd too or if the gulls present an easy meal.

Sandhills flying overhead trumpeting the joys of spring. Sap running over the buckets on the maples. Ants crawling on the bathroom floor. I can walk out my door without falling on my a##.

I've killed 3 large wolf spiders in my home this week. Getting warm enough for them to start hunting. One of my kids is missing though.

my wife is aready complaining that I spend too much time and money fishing, and I haven't even taken my boat out of storage.

Name withheld, I think my wife monitors this site!
