What are your favorite stores and/or websites to purchase crankbaits from? Anyone have a favorite "generic" brand of crankbait that works as good as or better than the more expensive Rapalas, Reef Runners, Wally Divers, etc? I have had some luck with cranks from vcvoutdoors.com - also sell their cranks on ebay.

Are you really asking, or just promoting?

I get a lot of my cranks from the Sportsman in Appleton, and Fleet Farm, too. Whatever I need, when I need, and who has them. When I get a Cabela's gift card, then I usually buy cranks with it when they run specials.

My "generic" bait is a #5 Shad Rap.

I am asking - I live in Oshkosh and use Fleet Farm often especially in Fondy. I am trying to find the $2-3 cranks that work as well as the $5-6 Rapalas. The cranks I listed from the website can be bought for about $2.50 a piece and worked as well as rapalas for me last year. Just wondering if there were any other "generic" cranks that people used.
