| well just put boat in and thought all was well only to find out that tilt/trim will not not move took cover off and can hear relay click ,but thats it got home tried to tap on tilt trim motor didn't fraze it at all any thoughts ??? am limited to out going monies at this time if unit needs rebuilding any rough guesstimates i know unit worked great last year and in garage this winter it is in down position and can't get to unit itself dont know how to release thanks Richie |

| Replace the relays. Not too big an expense. You can try to swap them first to see if you can move it in the other direction. |

| Hi SHEP thanks for the reply I've taken cover of again and checked relay power in and out that seems fine even ran jumper wire to both up and down trim power wires and still nothing cant feel anything at all at tilt trim unit thanks again HOW ABOUT YOU MERC KID YOU OUT THERE ????? I'm sure motor is simular to plow motor, but don't know how to release it from motor to get at it [motor to tilt /trim ram] just dont want to break or add to problems |
