They must fly the hull is not much heavier than a 1890.

Kirt, the 2060 hull weighs in at only 1700 lbs. I get 58 mph GPS fully loaded. I've had it up to 60.4 with little gas and by myself. This is of course with a High 5 23p prop. The 250 should push it easily around 64 loaded. Ask Scott DuFrane, I believe he has a 250 on his.

I just had this discussion with Steve Bohn. He has a 2008 2060DS Osprey with a 250 Pro-XS and 9.9 Kicker fully loaded for the championship last week, a passenger and a 23" Tempest he was running about 62.5. engine still a little tight as well. I think the boat will only go just so fast, BUT, in the 20ft class the TUFFY is right there as one of the fastest.

I think when Steve gets back from Oahe, we should get a run down from him on his likes and dislikes of the boat.
