| On tournements lasting more than a day, how do they rotate the starting grid? Is it still a random drawing thing? | |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Both the FLW and PWT have flights. They are run exactly the same way, but number of boats in each flight are different pending the amount of boats in the tournament. For this FLW event, 124 boats. First flight is 1-41, then 42-82 and 83-124 for day 1.
So starting on Day 2, flight #2 goes first, so boats 42-82 go, then third flight and then the first flight. Then day 3, third flight first, first flight and second flight.

| Once you get a boat number, it is yours for the entire qualifying rounds of the tournament. | |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | I know on the PWT, your assigned starting positions by how you finished the previous year. For example, Gary Parsons won the angler of year last year, he was boat #1 going out for the PWT championship. However, he does not stay #1 the whole year. Each tournament begins by who is currently leading angler of the year. So Mark Martin will be leading the pack out on day 1 of the PWT Bull Shoals tournament.
