| here's a clip running my X-190 on one of my favorite lake stretches.
when running flat WOT with a full load of people and gear she goes 65mph and the ride is smooth and easy to drive.
in the turns i needed a bit more prop in the water obviously, and had to "slow" down to around 50mph. the first big turn is 90 degrees, and the second turn is 180 degrees; the boat really holds the line tight in the turns. again, easy to control.

| For the curious viewers, what pitch prop, what trim setting, what RPM's and what heigth on the motor? And how do you keep the dog and the lures on the rods seperate? Neat video! Have you noticed whether your rig runs better with more weight in the back, like as in one or two other fishermen? | |

| 23p Tempest prop on a 200 Opti
trimmed up as far as it will go (but not into the tilt obviously) at WOT, down a bit for more bite going into the turns
at WOT it's running 5400 rpms, so it's a bit under the motor's suggested max of 5750
motor is mounted in the second hole (1 above, 3 below), so it's the second deepest mounting height. i'm going to try it in the 3rd/middle hole (one higher) later this summer to see if i can get those extra 300rpms.
i carry a lot of weight in the boat: 2 anchors, 10 rod/reels, 2 full muskie tackle boxes, trolling lures/gear in the rear storage, rain gear, 5 planos of soft plastics, cooler full of soda and ice, usually a half-full livewell, kicker motor, etc.
so the difference between one or two fishermen doesn't really seem to matter much, though it's a bit more agile in the turns once you burn off some of the gas and lose the weight from that.

I had excellent luck with these on the 175 Pro XS, with no noticeable loss of holeshot, especially with full load/full trim lift and speed. I would be curious to see what the performance enhancement might be on the 200/X-190.
