Location: LaCrosse, WI | I only did one event in the heartland and ended up in 46th. Man, if I would've just kept two more of those legals I would've ended up in 32nd and probably made it for sure. 46th will be tough, in WI I'd be very confident that 46th would get in but not in the heartland.
I will be ready to go up untill the rules meeting. I'm prefishing 3-4 days per week every week until the tourney just in case. This should be a good event, but tough for the non river anglers. Hopefully I get the call, I can't wait. |

| Rookie, you can have my spot in WI. I'm not planning on going.
My plan was to win the WI AOY, and go to the tour championship. Still alive in 8th place, but I gotta just about win at Oconto, and the guys in front will have to place 20th or lower. What are the odss of that? I'm going give it a go, and if I don't make it, then I'm done for the year.
I wouldn't worry. They had guys in it last year that only caught fish in one tourney, and they still didn't fill it. I'm sure Moline location had some bearing on that. Winona should have a better draw, but they will still not get all the top 35 from each division. |

| I'm not sure how they go down the line, but I'd think you'd stand a pretty good chance at getting in yet Marshall.
Don't give up yet, Shep. I almost did it last year...just bring in your 30 lbs and hope for the best.

Location: LaCrosse, WI | Shep,
I'd heard you were going to swing for the fence at Oconto. I hope you can find a big enough bag to get you there. I really think I have about a 50/50 chance right now. I did let Sonny know that I would be ready to go up until game time in case there's any last minute emergencies or somebody has mechanical problems etc...
I really think it's going to be a good event. The bite is pretty good right now, and getting stronger. As long as the flow doesn't get too screwed up in the next month and half there should be a lot of fish brought in.
Dave,
When are you comming up to fish? |

Location: Appleton wi | Shep your in it and your only 22 points behind the leader wich can easly be overcome in one tourny. i'v seen huge flip flops over the years in pro ams and my thoughts are that if you get a top 10 you could pull it off. I also feel the same where i currently sit in the standings i feel there is a good chance with a great finish that i could overcome a 36point difference. good luck and i hope you change your mind about the championship for league and decide to fish it! see yeah next weekand |

| Sott, that would make for a fun day. We'll go to my fish, and then go get yours! You still know where they are, right? Then we can sit and sun ourselves after an easy ride back to the weigh in! hehehe
I'll be prefishing the whole week. Gonna give it my best effort.
