Location: Green Bay, WI | I think it's going to take 50!
So I wouldn't keep anything under 30
Before you swing for the fence, make sure you rub some "clear" on. |

In fall, we can all look back at this post and laugh.. 30lb baskets should be common top 10 baskets in aug/sept.

Location: Fremont, Wisconsin | Now that they are all out on the water, I recieved 3 calls last evening. All 3 had been catching fish from 7 to 9# thats 35 to 45. The one day winners that have surpased 40# is rare, even in the hay day. I have had 38.5 myself. I think It will be mid to high 30# range. And yes, I like Jayman or GMW in this one.
Eye lunker will have a top ten AOY Finish in his 2060 Tuffy as well as Shep in his 1890 Tuffy. Hopefully mud duck will make a move and slide in there as well. Nice showing for Tuffy.

| My prediction is that those who choose to fish south will have a hard time weighing 25lbs but limits will be common. There are some nice fish being caught south but not with the consistincy they are in the north. The guy who wins this will gut it out for 5 or 6 bites all day I think but the right ones. If I was picking three I would go with Lynn Nicklasch, John Scheinder, or Pat Neu. My prediction for weight is 41.5 but 26 to cash a check. It should be interesting maybe I will be way off.
Good Fishing |

Location: Manitowoc, WI | I just got back from the Gaeno's area with a friend. We put 7 in the boat with the biggest being 26" There are some bigger fish South but they are far and few between. We lost several more including a pig at the boat. My prediction is that those fishing South will definitely get their 5 fish but will only top the scales between 18 and 25 lbs. Those going North will have less fish to choose from but their baskets will be in the 28 to 35 lbs range. Good Luck to all. |
