Location: Stevens Point, WI | They had demo boats last year but if not, the Tuffy boat owners will be there so you can always jump into their rigs for a test drive. I'm sure all the guys coming would be more than happy to get you out for a ride. But yes, their should be at least one X-190 there. |

| I'm in! Just made the reservations and called Laurie too. Sounds like a really good time coming up! Now if I can just chase the spiders off my musky rods and pick out a few good lures.
Anyone fished up there before that knows what kind of colors are good on that water, whether there is a trolling bite or if it is mostly casting, I'd appreciate a little inside information as I've never been fishing there before. There is time to fish, right? |

Absolutely! Many guys last year fished all day on Saturday and others came and go during the day. It's a fun and relaxed weekend with a very open schedule. If anyone is looking to go, I'd suggest it, it's a great time! |

| Good deal! I'm bringing my fishing buddy along and we are making this stop on the way to his place in Crivitz for a weeks' worth of lessons in musky fishing humility on High Falls. Maybe if we catch a fish at the get together it won't hurt so bad when the other fish laugh at us like usual. Still waiting to get some "real fish" slime in the boat, not just that walleye, bass and pike faux-slime. |

|
| i'm all signed up!
i suppose now i better clean and shine up the boat...
|
|
|
|
| i'm considering an X190 Tiller for next year...any chance there will be one to test-drive at the GTG?
|

|
| SHEP, GIVE ME A CALL
I can dial you in for the walleye hotspots on the lake, I have a camper on the lake. I should be around that weekend and it sounds like fun. Walleye fishing is a piece of cake on that pond if you like to pull rigs and raps.
Steve, will there be anyone there from the factory. I need one small adjustment on my 1990 if at all possible.
Thanks,
Jason Smith |

| Am getting the phone now, Jason.
I hope Eric( I think that is his name) is there again this year. He's a good guy. What needs to be done, Jason, so the right tools materials can be available? |

| So what color water is it, and how deep are the weed lines? That would help to know that for picking out some lures. |

| Hi Shak,
Yes I am, she is Mrs. Rabetski now. Foolish girl, little did she know that she had to grow gills and be a natural night feeder the rest of her life to see me. But on a positive note she does still have a great sense of humor and lets me use the Tuffy! Are you going to bring your rig? I could use someone ti fish with Saturday morning, and I can flip you some gas money. Let me know, it would be an honor.
Thanks,
Mike |
