Maybe hitting the wolf river with the 7yo. For a few hours at least. We are working on our vertical jiggin (maybe pullin too!). Any word on the bite?

Pullin' would be illegal. Stick with the jiggin'. But word has it they are getting some fish.

Have been working the lower river and it has been producing some nice fish. Still a few diehards out there. Water temps continue to drop so the fishing should continue to pick up. Strong NW winds last weekend made boat control interesting to say the least. Still using 3" gulp minnows along with the real thing.

Yeh, thats a misnomer. Maybe whipping flies or jigs.
