Location: Oshkosh, WI | So, first, I am not new guy! I do have the same question... I would like to icefish the river, but I would like some tips for a safe places and general approaches to me started. I don't have a 4 wheeler or snowmobile, so would have to be accessible on foot or truck. Posts here or private messages are welcomed.
