Subject: Lowrance ?


Does anyone know when Lowrance will start answering there phones. I have been trying for about 2 months to get some tech help.I also tried with email but I am getting NO response.

Someone with a heartbeat on the other side of the phone when I call Lowrance.
Just tired of these companies instructing me to refer to there website for everything.

I've called them plenty of times, never had a problem, just big waits on monday and tues...

I did talk to a tech person at Lowrance.(New HDS was locked up,now working fine)
