More information will be posted when available on flwoutdoors.com as officials monitor water levels. WHO: FLW Walleye League Heartland Division anglers. WHEN: Event has been rescheduled for Aug. 1. WHERE: Illinois River, Spring Valley Boat Club, Spring Valley, Ill.
