MinnKota EM breaker switch ideas

The installer put an inline breaker in the battery box but the power is always live to the control knob, which could easily be accidentally turned on and not noticed. I am thinking that I will replace the inline with a breaker in the battery box similar to the one in the box used for the bowmount. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I think the lead time kills it, but let me know. I also installed it with an in-line breaker, but I added a standard Perko battery on-off switch on the positive line to the unit. Works like a charm and preverts accidental turn ons as you suggested.
