The bite wasn't as 'hot' as most of the predictions said it would be, but the fish did cooperate enough to provide a couple good bags. Lund Pro Ted Takasaki very nearly came from behind with his 30.75 pound limit. Rick Franklin weighed in 28.13, Steve Vandemark weighed in 29.69, and Pat Byle weighed in 28.38 to hold off Ted Takasaki for the WIN!

Great job Pat. After the incident a few years ago with the to big fish swimming out of your livewell you had this one coming. Well done!!!!

Exactly jerry. Great win for Pat, who is one of the nicest guys in Walleye Fishing. Well deserved after that one was stolen from him in 03.

Congrats Pat,
Very nice win with a tough practice session before the tournament. Your adjustments on the water during tournament days must have been the key and you certainly deserve this great win!
