Tried accessing the MWC Bulletin Board and received the following message:

This page is not available. The service for this site has been suspended.

So what should I think is going on?

No, it is not a error. I work on web sites, the service has been shut off (suspended).

Maybe they are switching to the EVE platform and it hasn't been activated on the host yet. I wouldn't read too much into it.
