I found this and thought I'd share. A great lesson for all of us. I have a big deep rig that doesn't go very fast and never give this a thought anymore and seeing this guy get thrown around in the boat encourages me to use a bit more common sense and be sure my key cord is attached!

agreed also never cut a across another boats wake trimmed all the way up wide open, might as well go over a ski ramp!

He must have left his common sense at home.

Can't ever say I went flying in a boat (lying through my teeth). That's why I don't drink on the boat and I respect my boat and others.

It comes down to learning. This is a very good example of what can happen. Is there a need to go that fast? He should also have had a helmet on.
