Location: Rhinelander | From an email to Tuffy Boats from Shep:
On Sunday, June 7th, 16 boaters took out 16 kids on Lake Winnebago for a morning of fishing. I was paired up with a youngster named Victor, and his guardian Theresa. Before we got started, I told them they needed the proper headgear, and presented the Tuffy Hats you sent. All the others ooh’d, and clapped at their good fortune. We trolled crankbaits and Victor caught a bunch of whitebass, 3 really nice walleyes, including a 20 ½”. When the fishing was done, we all had a great lunch of Brats and Hot Dogs. The kids all piled into my Tuffy 1890 for a photo, and then door prizes were handed out. Victor proudly wore his hat, and told the crowd how much fun he had. His smile made the day.
Thanks for helping make a kid’s day a little brighter.
