Newby to the site!

I was hoping for some help. I grew up in Menasha and moved away several years ago. I will be home for a class reuion in September.

I talked my wife in bringing the boat with us and doing some fishing for a couple of days.

I was hoping for some insight for the fall patterns for eyes on Bago or possibly out on the Bay. I know us walleye guys don't like to give away their favorite spots, just looking for some directions (general areas) for fall fishing.

Any help would be appreciated!

Love the site by the way!

You can never go wrong with fishing the reefs (Winnebago). That's the safest place to start.

Reefs are usually great this time of year with little to no boat traffic on the lake!

I'll second the reef bite on 'Bago. Also, fish will be showing up in the fox river in Green bay around September that fishing can be fast and fun. If you're looking for a wall hanger the Door County Reefs and islands will still be holding a few fish, it won't be a numbers game but the quality will be there.

Good luck
