A first for me tonight, I was reeling in a small sheephead when both my friend and I saw a Muskie come completly out of the water and take a swipe at the Sheephead.

We really had the Sheephead dialed in tonight, but no Walleyes.

I caught one on a jig and crawler a few weeks ago. It was about 35" long. That was my first one.

I did once again see thousands of fingerlings off my dock about a month ago. Next year I will take a video of it and post it here.

I got a 42 on Poygan last year, while prefisihng for the FLW League. Remember how nice it was on Thursday? Fish swirled near some cane, and I put a big crawler on a 3/8 oz jig, and casted it out in front of the fish. She inhaled it, and a few minutes later, she was at the boat and released. First muskie on the upper lakes for a Sheppard since the early 60's when my Dad and Uncle fished for them.
