| How do you qualify for the NTC. I thought it was cool to be able to fish the NTC and MWC tourney at same time. What tourneys do you have to win or place in points in Wisconsin to make it? |

| The MWS is a qualify circuit, so is the MWC. |

| What is the cut? Do you have to place in top ? to make it. Does a Win get you in ? |

| Every circuit is different. Cabelas will let each circuit know how many spots they get. Most circuits award spots based on year end points. I believe that is how both the MWS and MWC award NTC spots - the top teams for this years circuit get the NTC spot next year.
If your looking to qualify for next years NTC and your not doing well in a Cabela's qualifying circuit right now, your most likely out of luck. Cabelas had a list of qualifying events/circuits on their webpage at one time. Try searching their site to see what you can find. |

This is not correct Cabelas has us send in the year results not including the Championship. Cabelas makes the choice of teams it is not up to the circuits. If the circuit is awarded ten spots the last couple years it would be the top ten teams in points. If a team in the top ten dicides not to fish then it goes to the next team until all spots are filled.
Also a tournament win does not automatically get you into the NTC Championship
Hope this helps.

Location: Appleton | Cabelas chooses the teams not the circuits. This is done through the year end standing the circuits turn into Cabelas. Cabelas then notifies the circuits which teams have been selected. As I stated the last couple years it was the top points teams. Several years ago they looked at all the circuits a team fished and decided using how the teams finished in all the circuits they fished. The point I wanted to clarify was that the circuits do not make the decision. I was just tring to get the information out as I am sure many were on not aware of how the selections are made to qualify for the NTC. |
