boarding ladder and rear trolling motor mount...

Member Posts: 650 would like to add rear boarding ladder to tuffy 1760 GC... thoughts or suggestions? Also would like to add a trolling motor on the transom... do I need a bracket or can I just clamp it on the back... looking at MK Maxxum transom mount... thanks!
