| I am in the market for a new Terrova, in my research i have there are now two types of auto-p. 1: standard onboard compass(same as the old power drives) and 2: GPS compass. Being an investment that i am hoping will last me for several years. I want to make sure i'm getting the better of the two.
However, after reading the description for the TERROVA /w iPILOT it states this exactly, " The i-pilot advanced GPS autopilot projects series of waypoints based on exact position of motor..."standard autopilot also included for running straight line"..
Does this mean, If i were to purchase terrova w/ i-Pilot that a standard compass system is also included?
It would be nice having two systems in case one fails..
On another note.. Does anyone have any reviews on the GPS auto pilot? Being a new technology I am in a toss up on what to buy. The old system worked ok, but not perfect.
Any opinions on what route to go? | |
