It is a 20 inch shaft. The 25 will drag in the water when idling and taking off and is not needed to reach the water when trolling.

No, you cannot use a short shaft kicker which is a 15" shaft length with a 2060, 1890 or a 1760. You will gurggle the water everytime you come up on a wave. It has to be a 20" shaft which Mercury states to be a long shaft motor. The 25" shafts are mostly for I/O boats and sailboats. The are known through Mercury as a extra long shaft. There is no Out board walleye boat that needs a extra long shaft. Just remember that the 25" transom is down the middle of the boat and the "off to the side" placement of the kicker has 20" of transom there. Plus, you are not running on plane with the kicker.

It's model number 1F10451HK if you want the tiller handle model, that's the 9.9 ELHPT BF Pro Kicker 20 inch shaft.

The model you stated is without the Tiller Handle, it's only a 9.9 ELPT BF Pro Kicker.

OK, I'm wrong. So is the sticker from my Pro kicker.

1F10451HK would be the MFG P/N.

Pro Kicker does not come with Power trim. Only Power tilt, hence the P but no T.
