Location: Green Bay, WI		I drove down to Metro on Monday night. There was one ramp open but on Monday night the wind was out of the NW and it blew a berg in from the bay.

Also I drive across the Mason Street bridge in the morning and late afternoon, I have not seen a lot of ice flowing down. Metro can be an alternative to the zoo that Fox Point can be, and there are lots of spots between Metro and Fox point to fish without any company.
