Location: Stevens Point, WI | One hundred and four boats left Elizabeth Park this morning for Day One of the first MWC East event out of Trenton, MI amidst a cold front that saw winds in excess of 30+ mph yesterday and a temperature change of almost 30 degrees.
The teams WalleyeFIRST talked with this morning all felt very confident going into today with what they saw during practice. Some teams reported going through double digits of fish with quality being pretty common.
Todd Robinson felt the team that can put 36+ pounds a day will have a solid chance of taking home the win tomorrow.
The forecast today in the Trenton area is for a high of 48 degrees with cloud cover and winds 15-20mph out of the NW.
