| I have looked at Bass Pro and Cabelas and cannot find auto inflate vests for kids. I have a five year old that wants to go fishing with me but has a hard time out for long periods of time in a regular life vest, so I decided to buy her a auto inflate suspender style. Do they make them for kids? My buddies dad bought his son one awhile back but cannot remember where he got it from. |

Here is a reply I got from a retailer in regard to inflatable life jackets:
Hi Jerry,
We don’t offer a child sized inflatable life vest. I’m not aware of any that are available in the US.
Regulations in many areas preclude the use of inflatable life vests on children and youth. You’ll want to check the regs for the area(s) you boat in.
I’m sorry we didn’t have what you were looking for today. But hope you’ll shop with us for your future boating needs.

Thanks for the information. I know Jim's father-in-law bought on when their son was born but I wonder now if it was for when he gets bigger.
