| Finally got word that my 1700 Esox is out of the mold, and I'm expecting delivery in the next week or so.
Does anyone have opinions or advice on storage configuration? I think the box arrangement, and maybe even the sizes are the same on all of the deep v and high perf. Deep V tuffy's (1700 to 2060) so input (or even pictures) from owners of any of those boats would be great. What do you keep where? Accessibility, weight distribution, dimensions, etc.
I've seen MuskieMike's vinyl downspouts for storing muskie baits, and Khedquist's file storage for plano boxes. Has anyone else made interesting custom modifications or innovative ideas?
Thanks

| I've got a 1760 GC. the port storage compartment is big. I can get alot of stuff in there. I think at one time I had 7 plano 3741's plus some smaller boxes in there. I keep a large Falcon bag with a bunch of boxes in it handy under the console. can get to terminal tackle quicker. the small starboard box is great for wallets phones radios and of course a giant pile of bags of baits... you could get a bunch of 3600 boxes in there if you had to... the bigger box on that side holds my drift sock, ropes, and of course large amounts of ice and beer... I keep everything mobile, my parking spots is not real safe and everything comes out of every night...
pics of that new boat are required here.
depending on the fishing you do, you should come up with something good. The rear deck option that I have adds 2 big boxes in the back but I'm not running that right now... |

| Nope I made those myself, I could not find any of the storage racks, and these are stronger. We could work something out if you want one. khpol at frontiernet.net |
