| My new hd 5 series started acting up on the water the other day, when I pushed the page button to get to the next menu it would not work. After 30 minutes of screwing around ( I did not want to do a complete reset and loose my waypoints), I finally gave up and reset the unit. Now its asks me for the language at startup, starts in the center of the USA on the map and then it takes forever to acquire a satellite. I tried it with my old Lakemaster chip and without any chip, it still acts the same way. | |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | First off, what software version are you running? If your not running the 3.0 software, then the first thing you need to do is upgrade your software to the 3.0 version.
