Location: Orland Park, IL | Me and the boy did the tourist thing this weekend. 3 days in canada, with 1 full day fishing. We hit the Royal Air Force Museum in Trenton, ON and CN Tower in Toronto. Loose Moose for lunch, and that wisconsin poundin given to michigan.
Didnt lift a rod. It was all boy. His total weight for 8 fish was 77.4 lbs. A 14-6, 12-10-, 12-4, 11-9, 10-0, 5, 5, and 5. We kept the 3 five pounders for dinner, and released the rest. No gill damage, no bleeders, all fat clean, powerful fish. All went down very fast (Fun watching em on the HDS8 locator- like 10 seconds and right to bottom - I swear steeper than a downrigger ball..).
Gettin some more pictures shortly. This is the 10-0, I think. Too many fish.

Location: Green Bay, WI | A 14 lb 6 oz! Gotta see that fish - nice.
Has he given up the jig rod finally?
How does that go? Troll for show - Jig for dough
Should be something about Trolling's for Trophies
Looks like you've been hitting it pretty hard this fall.
Nice.
Did you get a boat yet? |

Location: Orland Park, IL | I have been blessed indeed Bob. Luckily, I am a personable fellow with top notch ramp whore etiquette. We fished with Sheldon Hatch a past PWT'er. Great guy, great with kids. Superb guide. Didnt lift one rod. Not one. Gonna be tough to beat the family record of 14 -6 that little sheet through up.
The boy is still bouncing of the walls. Could be all the cheetos and pop we had over the weekend, but I like to think its the big walleye. Just ordered some prints so that we can share with the familia over thanksgiving. And we got a lot to be thankful for!

| Wonderful story, great pictures, we are all sharing in you and your son's happiness. Blink twice and it will be driver's licenses, girlfriends, jobs, moving out, etc. Opportunities are to be cherished, and you are doing great, as evidenced by the smiles. Happy with you and for you. |

Location: Orland Park, IL | Yep, it was a long time coming. Since we moved to Buffalo, we haven't fished as much as we have in the past. Since he has been about 2, we been running "3 to a side, 6 wide" on bago and Green Bay. Lots of good success, but I really wanted to do something special this time around. It was a great weekend.
They are off to chicago for thanksgiving, and back on Saturday. Then me and the boy are hitting up the Bills/Steelers game. Wooo, hoo we got a winning streak going. |
