just went to the BFN site and quite a few colors to choose. gice me 4 or 5 you'd carry to cover all conditions. throw in jig head colors too. thanks! merry Xmas!

Yep, get them from Dean.

If I could only have 5 they'd be as follows

Purple w chart tail
Firecracker
Chart Pepper
Pro Blue
Blue w pink tail

I agree with the jigs below. The size you get will be the most important. The biggest I use is 3/16 or 1/4. If I were just getting started I'd start with 1/8 and 1/4oz or 1/8 and 3/16.
Plain lead, BLACK, sour apple and orange chart

Call Dean and he'll send you his brand, that'll save you a little extra cash. Same thing with the jigs. Absolutely do not call without getting some hair jigs though, oh and some blade baits.

I won't fish early spring or in the fall without a black jig with green hair. 1/8oz to 1/4oz again. Chart or White blade baits are dynamite. I really love spending other peoples money.
