This declaration imposes a slow-no-wake zone on the Wolf River. "Emergency Slow no wake on the wolf river has been established 24/7 within 500ft of any permanant dwell." I just got off the phone with the winnebago county cheif and was told waupaca county has the same regulation. Use your head, there are full length trees coming down today.
