In the past battle on the bay has been open to all waters of green bay. Not sure it changed this year. Member Posts: 2567 Location: Manitowoc, WI I'm not sure if in the past you could fish MI waters. I do not believe you could. Maybe you are confusing this events rules with another tourney. I do know for sure that it is WI waters only this year as stated in the rules.
