Smallmouth Recommendations

Looking for information on a good smallie bite end of August. Green Bay? Northern WI? WI River by Point or Wausau? Guides? I know GB has a great smallie fishery. Just don't know who guides for them, and if August is a good bite? You could try an on your own trip on sister shoals. its phenomnial for smallies. The Bay is on fire!! If we were to get 2-3 days of consistent west wind the big lake would take off too. The cold water is deep right now and we need some heavy duty mixing to get the fish concentrated in one spot.
