Calling Canadian Walleye Anglers!

The AIM Pro Walleye Series has announced a Can-Am event for next May 30 to June 2, 2012 out of Brimley Michigan. Joe Giuliani and Myself have been asked to pick the Canadian team. Joe is from Sault Ste Marie and fish’s the Saint Mary’s System on a very regular basis.

This will be one exciting event as was the PWT Dryden Can-Am. The payout will be 150% of entry fees so it will have a very good ROI.

We already have over 10 Anglers committed so if you are interested and would like to put your name forth to potentially be part Team Canada you may contact Joe or myself via email. We will need a resume and your boat/outboard information also. Brand is irrelevant but we need to be sure one has the right equipment to compete if the weather gets nasty as we are partly on Lake Superior.

Joe and I are looking forward to the event and defending the Canadian Title. The US team has never really gotten over the defeat we handed to them in Dryden and have been looking for revenge for the past several years now. They will finally get their chance but we Canadians will do our best to make sure revenge isn’t served!

This is a great opportunity to represent your Country on an international stage and to be part of something very big and exciting.

You bet Brett it is going to be great fun event. We have 13 spots filled already and they guys are very pumped. I wonder who will lead the US team. I am assuming they would ask the 2012 AOY. Makes sense to me
