Steve I thought I would get this up in case you are out of time!!!!hehehe What is everyone doing? Bow hunting is turning on also. I plan on doing both, Bowhunt early and eyes after although if I stick one that would ruin my plans at this point! Now that really would be a terrible start to the weekend!!
Good Luck

I am doing the same. Bow hunting the last couple hours; walleyes and muskies the rest of the day.

Got out on Bago for a couple hours on Saturday. Played on the East side but it was really slooow. Still seeing large clouds of bait fish.
Hope eveyone did better.
Happy fishing to all.

Placed in the top five in Red Banks tourney and it was no problem for any team to bring in 10 - 14" fish, however it was a challenge to bring in a legal fish (15"+). Out of twenty teams, only 10 legals where brought in with the biggest fish being a 20". Started out in pea soup (thick fog) & turned out to be a very exceptional day on the river. Caught our legals in the last hour of fishing so it really got our blood pumping. One more would have got us first.

For November 8th and 9th, I am headed to the Illinois River. I will be in a smoker with a Yamaha 115, stop by if you are out there and say hello. I am pretty new to this, so I will probably ask a question or maybe two.

We are fishing the Illinois this weekend in a Prairie Land Tourney. Weather looks to be snow showers Saturday and possible rain shower low 40's Sunday. We are using my partner's Lund with a 150 'Rude...wm
