Location: Devils Lake ND		I think it would be a great way to give back and introduce youngsters to the outdoors.

I guess if you mean use fishing, it's dynamics, stratigies, personal satisfactions and rewards, equipment aides, along with competitive yet sportsman like principals as a guide to success, instilling in kids a good and similar attitude in any of the basic sports field, hell yes.
