Any changes to the regulations would still have to go through a formal revision process, the ultimate decision making is still in the hands of the DNR. Given the input on Question 75and the DNR's stance, those changes might be made. Edited to add: HOWEVER,(yes, capitalized for emphasis), Questions 18,19, & 20 were all voted down in direct contradiction to Question 75. Weird.
