Location: Stevens Point, WI | All 104 teams left Water Front Park in Winneconne this morning to clear blue skies, sun and light winds. All anglers WalleyeFIRST talked with this morning felt extremely confident in their bite with many expecting to have a very good day from what they saw during prefish.
Most teams felt that it would take a handful of 20+ inch fish and somewhere in the upper teens weight wise to win. Teams also said just about every technique is in play right now, fish have definitely moved down and can be found just about anywhere. It certainly looked from what we saw this morning that trolling was going to be the preferred method today.
Flights are due back at 2, 2:30, and 3 pm.
