O.K. (as stated) The poor people in Tanzania can't afford much and must fish with explosives to sustain themselves and their village. So who finances the boats, motors and the explosives they use?
Remember the joke about the DNR sting operation, where the officer cons his way onto the hillbillies boat who has been fishing with dynamite. The DNR waits till he lites the first stick and announces that "Your under arrest". The Hillbilly hands the DNR officer the lit dynamite and say's "You gonna fish or Talk".

the use of explosives is one of the best ways the absolute worst is when they use arsenic to poision the water then pick up the fish clean them in water and put them in the market. I accually saw birds die on contact with the water going after the floating fish its a real sad sight these guys are lazy and want a quick buck
