| Navionics has always provided good accurate info on their chips. The one big, big omission has been deep contour lines in the Great Lakes. Spot soundings on everything past 45' or so just leaves the whole salmon fishery out in the dark. The data is available, the "other" chip company has had it for years. Lowrance guys need deep data, hope somebody realizes this. Even with walleye, deep structure matters. |
